Your obligations, handled
Where a powered gate is used at work or where the public can reach it, the duty of care sits with you. We give you what you need to meet it.
- Site specific risk assessment before design, not after installation.
- Force testing to BS EN 12453 and BS EN 12445 with recorded results.
- Technical file and Declaration of Conformity under the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
- Written user instructions including manual release, for anyone operating the gate.
- Planned maintenance with documented visits to keep the system compliant.
The automation we fit
Only the best motors: Benincà, Nice and BFT
Every gate we automate is fitted with a Benincà, Nice or BFT motor and control system. They are the three makes the industry trusts, they are built to last, and each comes with a proper manufacturer warranty: 30 months on Benincà, three years on Nice and BFT, and BFT extend it to five years with an annual service.
Plenty of firms fit cheaper unbranded imports to win the job on price. We do not. We would rather fit the right kit once, with a warranty that means something, than cut corners you pay for later. Quality over margin, every time.

The questions we get asked most
Are your gates compliant for a commercial site?
Yes. Automated gates are force tested to BS EN 12453 and BS EN 12445 and we supply the documentation. We are Gate Safe aware and fully insured.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Planned servicing keeps a commercial gate safe, reliable and compliant, and catches faults before they stop your site.
Can you integrate access control?
Yes. Intercoms, keypads, fobs, number plate recognition and CCTV, either with a new gate or added to what you already have.
Will you work around our operating hours?
We schedule installation to suit your site, including early starts and weekends where needed, and we provide RAMS before work begins.
Can you match a specification or tender?
Yes. Send us the drawing, spec or tender document and we will price like for like and tell you if there is anything we would do differently.
